Dear NTI Students
Academic Support is conducting a succinct half hour session on Advanced Searching. In this session, we will venture further afield than the class readings and basic searches in the online research databases accessible through NTI, to search for reputable quality sources which contribute to demonstrating your argument in your assessment.
Topics covered, include:
- searching techniques
- widening your search
- evaluating search results
and we will leave you with some resources to peruse.
We welcome ABS, HB, HSW and MH students. Registration is essential and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
