Enjoy a one-and-a-half-day mindfulness meditation retreat led by Insight Meditation Teacher and Head of Program, Dr Nadine Levy. The retreat includes guided instructions, online and offline silent periods of practice, and a range of interpersonal mindfulness exercises and time for deep reflection.
?️ Day 1 (8am–4pm AEST): Noble silence will be maintained, with periods of offline personal practice
? Day 2 (8am–1pm AEST): Explore mindfulness in relationship with others and engage in group reflection.
